What are HVH Tried & TrueTM? The very best! These hibiscus cultivars grow well, bloom well, and feature gorgeous flowers on attractive bushes. These are the easiest to grow, best performing varieties that we found after extensive evaluation of over 2000 varieties. For commercial growers these are the ones that will grow uniformly, bud up early and reliably, and not require extra labor or special techniques to finish well.

There is something about the color of red that is very appealing, and that color is set off by a fine white-to-peach edge that is just the "frame" it needs. ![]() This cultivar grows into a compact, medium sized bush that is upright and well branched. It is suitable for both small and large pots or as a landscape planting. The bloom, a fully overlapped 6-8 inch single, is quite variable in color and markings depending on weather conditions, fertilizer, and season. This variety is also extremely floriferous. It is not unusual to count more than 2 dozen buds forming on a mature bush. Highly recommended as an alternative color choice. |
